Goa: plan your visit

Goa is a regional destination on India’s west coast, rather than one compact city. Choose the locality and accommodation before comparing the addresses in the directory. For an evening out, the directory includes 9pm Bar and cafe. Compare the actual place type, admission rules and programme when choosing where to spend the evening.

Transport & before you visit

Separate a beach or lakeside day from the venue’s actual opening programme. Check the season, your date and the return journey; a destination’s reputation or a summer photograph does not establish year-round access to every place.

Before visiting, use the place’s official notice for your date to confirm opening or programme times, admission rules and any booking or membership requirement. For an event, check the year and exact venue; an old poster does not confirm a current edition.
